Loretta has joined the People Team as manager. Loretta brings over 13 years in the recruitment space and has experience as a Team Leader, Business Development Manager, Permanent recruitment, Contractor recruitment, bulk recruitment rounds, graduate recruitment, end to end recruitment and scribe desks. Loretta has recruited for various positions in legal, governance, accounting, finance, communication, operations, human resources, business support and managerial positions. Loretta has worked in various industries including facilities, retail management, media, property management, asset management, internal and agency recruitment.
Loretta is extremely organised and has strong project management skills whilst delivering outcomes for her clients and in regular contract with her clients. Loretta has strong stakeholder engagement expertise and has dealt with many government clients, private sector, not for profit and regulatory clients. Clients have often asked to speak to Loretta directly as they have had a wonderful experience with her knowledge, holistic approach, service, ability and understanding of what each individual clients require within the recruitment space. Her genuine approach, and open manner is complemented by her strong knowledge of the Canberra and Melbourne markets. Loretta is collaborative and ensures that the culture fit is in the forefront of any recruitment drives within an organisation. Having a strong understanding of the requirements and of each team members, what they are looking to achieve and what the outcomes of this is imperative in any recruitment success. Loretta ensures that all recruitment has highly quality outcomes and that the deadlines are delivered in a timely manner.
Loretta has completed a master’s in marketing management and a Bachelor of Communication.
Alongside delivering a great customer experience, Loretta is passionate about cooking up a storm and making sure everyone is overfed. She loves entertaining and having a good laugh. Her love of nature, hiking and being outdoors complements her love of gardening and open spaces.
