Yvette is the Executive Officer and a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Managing Director. She helps shape Proximity’s vision and direction and ensures we deliver on our promises to clients and stakeholders.
She collaborates with senior management on strategic planning, operations and communications, and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives that align with their goals. She facilitates good governance practices and supports compliance.
She provides high value to the leadership team by leading internal communication, conducting market research and analysis, and using data and technology tools to improve efficiency and quality. She also manages internal business projects and initiatives that involve cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
She leads Proximity’s Executive & Business Support team, which provides administrative and operational support to the business. She has a strong professional services background, having worked at the Boston Consulting Group and KPMG before joining Proximity.
Yvette has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can communicate complex and nuanced messages to different audiences. She also has advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint, which she uses to create effective communications.
She is passionate about helping Proximity to provide high quality tailored services to our clients who need our help to achieve their goals and improve their performance. She also fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration at Proximity, where everyone is valued and respected.
